He even manages his own portfolio of fourteen homes that he leases in the Greater Houston market – which makes him notably qualified to work with investors on all levels. When it comes to selling, Todd is the go-to guy. Todd’s marketing savvy, presence on social media, and knowledge of what moves property sets him apart from others. Todd says, “I developed this eye for detail from the wonderful architecture and historic design creations in my hometown of New Orleans.” In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time with his teenage son and three dogs, volunteering for animal rescue groups, and developing his own investment portfolio.
